Final Cards evaluation

I have now printed and packaged my final cards, it has taken a while as there were a few printing hiccups as you can se in my development, with the colours not printing correctly but non the less i am very pleased with the final resolutions.

The size and layout of the cards work very well and fit into present day designs of cards well and would be able to hold there own within a professional retail market. I intend to develop the concept further and create a further range of products to extend the brief.

In terms of finishing, i think the packaging and stickers finish it off very professionally, and ordering in the envelopes to colour match the cards was successful, as i had a fear it wouldn't look correct and would create 4 individual cards instead of a series.

My intentions of a professionally finish were met to a standard of 80% as i would of liked to print on a semi gloss stock to give the card a more sturdy finish as this is what i have sen most of cards in production today are printed on, but as i wasn't able to get hold of this, i had to go with the 245gsm matte stock we have in college.
