Where am i now? - pre crit

I have my crit tomorrow and feel abit happier with my progress of this brief, at first i had been eating up my time and not really progressing but now i feel i have a possible concept that can be developed into a final resolution, i just need that second opinion behind be to make me feel comfortable, i know as a designer i should be making these decisions entirely myself sometimes but in order for my to be successful on this brief i feel it will help alot.

i have developed my work on shapes and geometry further and created a basic grid suing circles. The circles idea came from the ICA logo itself, so keeping in theme with that i decided upon circles. I have designed a basic christmas tree shape and offset the colour to give contrast. I think this is a pleasing concept, one that i am happy with and have ideas of developing into a series using different christmas imagery. From the crit tomorrow i will have a solid opinion on this idea and evaluate weather to take it further.
